The Poetry of Joseph Zaccardi

Fairfax, California poet Joseph Zaccardi is Editor of the Marin Poetry Center Anthology. He teaches Transformations: A Poetry Tutorial and volunteers at a San Rafael Convalescent Hospital reading poetry to and listening to the residents on a one-on-one basis. His poems have appeared in Poet Lore, Runes, Seattle Review, Southern Poetry Review and elsewhere. He received a grant from the Marin Arts Council in 2003 for his first book, Vents (2005). A second collection, Render, was published by Poetic Matrix Press (2009).
